a modular storage system that adapts to different spaces. Frames in white painted birch, interchangeable panels in recycled waste woods. Plywood blocks connect the cubes, using the grooves in the frames.

The second part of my bachelors examwork focused on a way to use waste wood in a batch production design. The panels are made from pine and spruce construction waste, painted wainscotting, old floorboards, ironing boards, offcuts of mahogany, ash and oak.

The idea for the storage system is that it adapts to different spaces and use. The customer decides on the amount of cubes required and their set up. Cubes can come with or without a door. The recycled panels fit in any side in the frame, and can be interchanged to provide protection and separation or open display.
